What Am I Eating Today?

Here's what I brought to eat today. Check out the bottom of this post for some treats I picked up from my local smoothie shop!

Meal 1 (7 am)
1 slice Ezekial Toast w/ spray butter and sugar free jam
4 Boiled Egg Whites
1 small Banana

Workout (8:30 am) Arms & Abs

Meal 2 (Post Workout)
Fit Blendz (local smoothie shop)
Vanilla Whey Protein w/ blueberry and raspberry
*Contains 29g of protein at about 168 calories without the fruit.

Meal 3 (1 pm)
6 oz. Salsa Chicken
1 cup quinoa w/ veggies

Meal 4 (4 pm)
2 Turkey Meatloaf Muffins (Jamie Eason's Recipe)
Carrots, Celery & Broccoli Mix
Brown Rice Cake

Meal (7 pm)
Oxygen Magazine's Protein Shake  <----click for recipe
Zucchini & Squash

 
I also picked up a 20 oz Blender Bottle (in red!) from Fit Blendz it was $12.99 as well as a few Quest  Bars. Buy the bars online at Amazon by the box it is much cheaper! Cinnamon Bun is yummy.
